You need to write confidently about a range of theoretical positions in both sections of your exam this summer, when analysing representation in TV and when discussing the film industry for Component 2: Key Media Concepts (25% of total marks).

PREP Using Essential Media Theory, make one similar poster of your own, for example, on Curran & Seaton or Hesmondhalgh. Other useful positions to explore are Stuart Hall on representation and stereotyping.
